  • CAN YOU STORE MY ORDER IN YOUR SHOWROOM UNTIL I AM READY FOR IT?

Yes, we absolutely can. At the time of placing your order, it will have to be paid in full. If you require storage, please contact us in order to fulfill your request. In most cases, there is not a fee associated with temporarily storing your order.

  • DO ALL YOUR FIXTURES COME WITH BULBS?

Not all of our fixtures come with bulbs. The items details page will indicate whether or not the bulbs are included. The bulbs are included by the manufacturer as a courtesy.

 

PAYMENT & FEES

  • DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

We are not charging sales tax, all the prices are net price.

  • WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT ONLINE?

We accept all major credit cards including American Express, Visa, and MasterCard. We also accept PayLah, PayNow and wire transfer.

  • DO YOU OFFER A TRADE OR VOLUME DISCOUNT?

We offer discounts to members of the trade such as designers, architects, and contractors who will be asked to present their appropriate credentials in order to be approved. In addition, we may be able to offer special discounts for large volume orders. Please contact us directly to learn more about our Trade Program.

 

SHIPPING

  • DO YOU CHARGE A SHIPPING FEE?

We offer free shipping to most orders over $100. Orders that do not meet the minimum $100 order amount are charged a $10 flat shipping fee. There are select product exclusions that do carry additional shipping or handling fees and in those circumstances, you would be notified in advance of any additional charges. Lastly, upgraded delivery options may be available for an additional cost.

  • DO YOU PROVIDE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS?

If your shipping address is outside of Singapore, we would be happy to provide you with our international shipping options. You may email us at sales@dwhome.com.sg for further assistance. We will not charge sales tax to international orders. However, some items may be liable to import duties. You will be responsible for any additional costs associated with import duties or broker fees associated with your country.

  • CAN YOU SHIP MY ONLINE ORDER TO YOUR SHOWROOM AND I WILL PICK IT UP? 

Yes, we can. Please email us at sales@dwhome.com.sg before placing your order online or select the local pickup option at checkout.

 

RETURNS

  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If for any reason that you are unsatisfied with your order, you can return eligible items under certain conditions. Please refer to our full return policy under the section Returns & Exchanges.

  • WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES AND IT IS DAMAGED?

If your order is damaged in transit, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order. Please refer to the Damaged Items section under Returns & Exchanges for more information
